HIPs provide valuable information to the prospective buyer on local planning, drainage and water, ownership and environmental considerations. The pack also includes an Energy Performance Certificate.
The information provided by the HIP will include;
- Terms of Sale
- Evidence of Title
- Energy Performance Certificate
- Standard Searches (local authority, water & drainage)
- Leasehold properties include a copy of the lease
- Commonhold properties include an official copy of the individual register and title plans for the common parts.
